Shipment

Order Cancellations & Refunds

All Linkooer dolls are custom-made, production time is from 3 to 7 days before it ships out from the manufacturer and it usually takes 2 week in shipping transit. Due to holidays, festivities or unavoidable circumstances, delays may occur during the manufacturing or shipment of the product.

As this is a custom product created just for you, your order may not be cancelled for any reason, SALE IS FINAL.

Warranty & Damages

1. Due to the nature of this product, it is not possible for us to provide an exchange or refund as there are multiple concerns such as hygiene. Please understand that this is the normal practice within the sex dolls industry.

If your product or any part is damaged during the shipment process and the box has visible damages PLEASE DO NOT SIGN FOR THE PACKAGE and you should open a complaint with the shipment carrier as that probably happened during the shipment.
